Had a very good experience with this company. I booked them to replace three radiators. Two guys arrived bang on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was amazed that they fitted them so neatly that l had to do no touching up of the paint work. They cleaned up after themselves and waited to make sure that there was no problem with the system. Very pleased with the job.

Showed up on the agreed date for tenancy gas inspection without keys to access. Didn’t inform me of this fact. Then turned up the following day to carry out the assessment. The only reason I’m aware of this is due to my doorbell camera. Forgetting keys and having to come back the next day is totally forgivable but not informing me and hoping I won’t notice, which essentially amounts to an unauthorised access, isn’t! It doesn’t take much to send a simple text “sorry we brought the wrong keys, can we come tomorrow?”

Brilliant, slight emergency with a slow leak coming through the ceiling under the bathroom. Same day time given a few hours later, friendly and professional and quickly had it sorted. Very reasonably priced

Friendly service...fixed a problem that another contractor had "fixed" with the boiler...the previous guy was in and out in less than 2 min...these guys took their time in fixing the problem correctly...all at the same time as being incredibly friendly.

I've always had a great experience with yearly gas checks, and are prompt with any issues i've had with my boiler. Paul regularly visits and he is really lovely and talks me through any questions i have, would recommend this company
