I called to request a quote and was told it would be £120.00 for a call-out, plus £140.00 per hour and £140.00 for each additional hour. I asked if I could send a photo to get a better estimate of how long the job might take, which is a pretty reasonable request. Particularly as the works only involved replacing a leaking pipe.

Instead, the person I spoke to became rude, raised his voice, and said, “listen, I’ve already explained, I’m not going to be providing a estimate.”

The customer service was extremely poor. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in such a dismissive and condescending manner, especially when I needed urgent work done. Definitely not a professional experience.

Called ABS this morning and they came round the same day to fix a leak from upstairs into my kitchen. Fantastic service and gave useful advice on some other things in the house too.

Replaced a leaking inlet valve and kitchen tap. Great, friendly service and reasonable rates, would highly recommend.

My leak was fixed quickly and professionally. Excellent service. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Contacted ABS to advise of an emergency leak. They were here within 15 minutes and repaired the damage and cleared away within the hour. Brilliant service, Thank you. Bernard
