Rapid heating & plumbing Ltd

My mum is disabled and is also of poorly health at the moment, her boiler started leaking (this is the third boiler she has had fitted in 6 years) the company she had got the boiler off wanted £399 just to come and look at the problem. I rang another plumber who came out, made the problem worse and then quoted £660 to fix it. I rang rapid heating and plumbing and within the hour Ahmed came and looked at the boiler, the next day he had got the part required and fixed the boiler within an hour, he charged my mum £190 which included the part and all of his labour. The boiler is now working better than it ever has, Ahmed was extremely polite, well presented and extremely professional. If you need a plumber then I would suggest ringing this company as they're honest, professional and extremely reliable.

Quick reply on Whatsapp and work was swiftly done! No mess at all! Very pleased with what was repaired by Ahmad and Asad.

We have used these guys twice now and the service is exceptional. The last time being an emergency as my boiler was leaking, the guy came straight away to save me from having a fully flooded kitchen. Fitted us in the next morning as i had no heat and hot water.
All really nice professional guys. We wouldn’t use anyone else now.
Definitely 5 stars every time 🌟

I recently had a Glow-worm boiler installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

He took the time to clearly walk me through how everything works, explained the controls in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident using the new system before he left. What really stood out was how helpful he was with the paperwork — he patiently guided me through all the forms and made sure everything was completed correctly.

The installation itself was neat and efficient, and the area was left spotless afterwards. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering a new boiler installation.

Amazing service. Really pleased . Engineer responded quickly to call and was on time. Demonstrated lots of knowledge and explained the problem in language I could understand. Highly highly recommend.
