Plumbing Direct 2

Very helpful during my first ever visit today. Simple toilet float fix required so I went in to see if I could buy a replacement. I was sold a replacement washer/grommet thingie instead which was fitted for me. I’ve managed to fix the overflowing loo successfully thwnks to Plumbing Direct 2. Many thanks 👍

I have spent a lifetime studying customer experience (see "B2B Customer Experience" by Nick Hague and Paul Hague). Four years ago I wrote a glowing review on Plumbing Direct Marple and feel the urge to write another. The frost had frozen an outside pipe taking the waste water from the sink in our en suite. In dismantling the pipes and re-joining them, they leaked. YouTube told me I needed PVC glue. The helpful guys at Plumbing Direct told me I needed a stubby 1.25 inch joining pipe with O rings built in at each end. They were right and it cost me £1.20. Plumbing Direct Marple know how to deliver great customer experience.

I bought a new kitchen sink online from another firm. When I came to install it, the fittings that came with it clearly weren't going to work with any UK system. I went to Plumb Direct, and they helped me troubleshoot my problem, giving me some excellent advice. I didn't even end up buying any parts from them as I already had them. I managed to solve the problem and now I have a fully functioning kitchen sink! The gentleman that helped was incredibly helpful, I'll definitely be using these guys as my first port of call for any plumbing work in the future. Thank you.

I had a problem with a ceramic bathroom tap that was dripping. I'm a DIYer and was extremely impressed how helpful the guys were behind the counter. They gave me advice, sold me the appropriate kit and told me how to do the job – which was successful. It was very much appreciated.
