Plumb Factory Stockport

Absolutely brilliant customer service, very reactive and super fast delivery, absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom and thanks to Adam for his attention to detail he knew what we wanted and he delivered. Highly recommended 👌

Brilliant customer service from Adam and the team at Plumb Factory Stockport. We had a new bathroom fitted last year and all our fixtures and fittings were from Plumb Factory. Adam was so helpful in helping and advising of us of what to go for and offering a great competitive price. He lives local to me so was always dropping things off and when we were choosing, we had all the catalogues to look through. The bathroom looked amazing when it was done and we were so happy with everything. Thank you again!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from the team. I have to note that last night I needed a part for a boiler but couldn't make it to the shop in time before they closed for the evening. They only brought the part to me. Bloody brilliant.

Brilliant service, always happy to help and will always find a solution to problems.

Wow, what fantastic service. This was the 3rd plumbers merchants I'd been to, as the previous two didn't have the right part. I'm a woman on my own and had a leak under my kitchen sink. Realising it was the seal on the u-bend Adam was so helpful in finding me the right part and talked me through how to fix it myself and phone him if I had any problems....which I ended up doing as my old pipe work wasn't quite connecting with the new part and I was scared of forcing it. Adam sent someone out to me within the hour.....at no charge!!! How's that for excellent customer service. He was so helpful and reassuring.
Reece, who came out to fix it, was equally friendly and sorted the problem out immediately.
Well done Plumb Factory! Thank you so much for your help, reasurrance, kindness and excellent customer service.

The guys were really helpful and had great knowledge, they were very patient and explained in detail, even though it was a few minutes to their closing time.
