James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies

We are nearing completion of our first development of 4 new build properties for which we have used James Hargreaves in Cheadle. As a developer it is very important that we keep within our budgets and projections without compromising on quality, however more importantly for us is deliverability.....James Hargreaves have exceeded all this. They have taken the hassle out of sourcing great quality materials at excellent prices. They have supplied us with full Vaillant air source heat pump systems including hot water cylinders as well as sanitaryware for 16 bathrooms along with all the first fix plumbing materials. Special mention to Nathan who has provided an outstanding service and patience and also thanks to Russ. Dave and Lauren have also been great in providing excellent customer service. The only negative we have......wish we would've found them sooner!!!!

Great branch to deal with, always decent prices and excellent customer service. Will go out of there way to help you if they can.

Came in with a complex mixer-shower query.
Lauren was absolutely brilliant! Her customer service is second to none and she deserves every penny she’s being paid. Thanks for your kind assistance Lauren.

Helpful at all times, great staff good stock levels and always ready to get it in swiftly.

Wonderful company to do business with. All the staff are polite, friendly and go above and beyond to assist with any questions that may occur.
It’s a well organised branch - and orders are followed through with quickly making it an easy process.
Nathan is very knowledgeable and professional at all times and an asset to the company! Overall a great experience all round and highly recommended!

Have been in a few times for various bits and peices, most recently for a new bath panel. Lauren was a great help in trying to source the same one but on this occasion with no joy. Generally, the team go above and beyond whats required and offer some great advice on any problem. Would highly recommend

Just had some excellent customer service from Nathan at this branch. A really quick quote turnaround on a full bathroom suite, very competitive prices and delivery booked in, no fuss or hassle. Very pleased with their all round service, would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I am not a plumber, and I was doing what I am doing for the first time. I went to James Hargreaves in cheadle and explained my problem. They understood exactly what I was looking for and it worked and fitted perfectly.
-Very helpful staff.
Thank for your help today.

Went to James Hargreaves in Cheadle for help and advice on fittings for our new bathroom. They could not have been more helpful, particularly David, and also came up with very competitive quotes. Their communication was excellent and they ensured swift delivery of the items I ordered. It is so rare to find such excellent customer service these days. I highly recommend James Hargreaves Cheadle and will certainly be using them again
