I found Ziad's business and lots of his good reviews through the local Wythenshawe1 Facebook group. I gave him a call and explained the couple of issues that I had. And within 24 hours, he'd come round to review the problems himself. he explained that he would be able to come back a week later and fix both the problems, which was fantastic. And overall, I was very happy with the speed of the service, the price, and also the fact that Ziad went to the trouble to explain what had happened with my toilet and also the boiler inlet valves. if you are in South Manchester and need heating and plumbing services, then Ziad is your man. We'll definitely use again.

Recently had some problems with my heating so called Ziad at Mcr Heating and plumbing. He came round as agreed and sorted the problem out. He also gave me some very good advice which resulted in me saving some money. He then came back a few days later and installed a new kitchen tap. Really good service and I would highly recommend.

We’ve now had two sets of radiators installed on separate occasions - two replacements and one addition to our current system and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

BEST PLUMBER IN THE AREA! We had a broken tap. We have had many plumbers in the past for various jobs and none of them would we call back again. We had tried ourselves to fix it due to previous bad experiences with no luck. He came out really fast fixed it amazingly quick. Just did the job and very pleased with the price. This would be my go to plumber from now on. Very polite very pleasant knows his stuff and as he walks out you feel like you have made the right choice rather than second guessing if you could have got a better solution elsewhere. Wish we found him earlier!

Great Experience with Ziad, easy communication and he came and sorted out the 3 small jobs we needed doing quickly and very professionally. Quickly identified a small gas leak and fixed it all up!There was one job we weren't sure was possible, and he was very helpful in investigating to give us all the information!

I called Ziad out to take a look at my boiler, and I’m truly grateful for his help. From the start, I probably pestered him a bit in the morning and was initially a little frustrated that I couldn’t get a fixed time. However, he did come out as promised, and not only did he inspect my boiler for free, but he also gave me some excellent, money-saving advice. I even offered to pay him, but he politely refused to take anything, which really shows just how honest and genuine he is. Thanks to his guidance, I’m now getting my Ideal boiler sorted under the manufacturer’s warranty, saving me a lot of expense. Moving forward, I definitely plan to rely on Ziad for my regular boiler servicing.
