They could have sold me a part which I really didn't need. Instead, I was given alternative advice which saved me £200, and lost City Plumbing £200. A refreshingly honest approach to dealing with the uneducated general public. Many thanks.

Today I shopped here and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional attitude of one of the staff members. It was a really great experience.
